I can't explain how much this means to me. Writing is a solo pursuit. The only person who reads my books before I publish them (besides an editor) is my mom. She always says she loves them, but she is my mom!!! (And she is the best.) But I never know if other people will "get" the characters and the story. So to see those first reviews come in, to receive reader emails and messages... It's the best feeling in the world!
Readers have asked when Book 2 is coming. The answer is, I'm writing it now! I expect to release it Fall 2020. I am loving Book 2, Promised -- there are lots of twists and turns! I can't wait to share it with you.

ETA: My mom is SO MAD at me that Book 2 is taking "so long" -- that's what she said! I explained that I've had my kids home for 76 days of quarantine and now we're heading into 92 days of summer! Anyway, I will do my best, Mom. 😂
